- RESULTi will need complete access to FTP details, CMS Details and Server Stats of the website.
- In case of site developed on any other platform apart from the above, we will send the On-Page recommendations via a word-document to the client for implementation.
- Client/development team needs to make sure to upload the tags within 3 to 4 working days after our recommendations.
- Ranking achieved will depend on key-phrases selected, its competitiveness, algorithm changes, target market selected and persistency in optimization.
- RESULTi will take the credits of Search Engine Optimization on optimized website.
- We expect a minimum 30-days notice period before discontinuation. Project is considered to be continued month-on-month unless we received a written notice from the client with a valid explanation. Billing will continue for this period.
- RESULTi will not be responsible for any non performance due to change in search engine algorithms.
- Wherever client’s feedback is required, RESULTi would appreciate the reply within 2 to 3 business days. This will help us to expedite the process. RESULTi shall not be responsible for any performance loss due to such delays.
- Key-phrases will be finalized at the start of the project, any changes later shall not be covered under performance review.
- Advertising/media Budget is allocated to media platforms Google/FB/Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok) as media spends. My Management fee Does Not include monthly media charges that will be billed directly to the client by the media/ad platforms.
- Client’s credit card to be used on the ad platforms for billing.
- Client to provide content for social and display banner creative for any display ad, if any.
- Failure to make payment after 10 days from the due date will result in a 10% late-payment penalty which will be added to the invoice for each week the invoice remains unpaid from the original due date.
- Failure to make payment after three months from the original due date will result in further action to recover the full amount owed, including penalties. Additional fees incurred will be on-charged to the client.
- If a project we have agreed to work on lies fallow for a period of more than three months due to lack of client engagement, the full and final project fee will be invoiced.
- We reserve the right in certain circumstances to withhold delivering the final stage of a project until the final payment is cleared.
- We expect a minimum 10% hike in the pricing after completion of 12 months.
